Collaborator Lawyer of the Madrid´s Bar since 1994.
Lecturer at the Environmental Law Lecture Room of the Madrid´s Bar Association where he has given a conference about Nuclear Law.
He has taken part in several conferences and courses organized by the Madrid´s Bar Association about subjects like the practice of the technician evidence in the civil procedure, the valued added tax, the financial scene; The Marital Economic Regimen ; Offences of illegal acts in the Business and Company´s sphere, Civil Procedure Law, etc. among others.
International Law:
Responsible for the legal advice of different companies which work on the International Commerce field, like NOA S.A., WORLD INVESTMENT NEWS, VERITAS LTD and ASAP WORLDWIDE among others.
Nuclear Law:
He works as a legal technician and lawyer at the Legal Department of the Nuclear Safety Council since 1987, being the representative of this council at the Experts Comittee of Nuclear Safety of the OCDE and Member of the International Association of Nuclear Law (A.I.D.N.).
In this area he has attended several international congress in different parts worldwide, i.e. Helsinki, Paris, Brussels, etc.
Lecturer at different courses and conferences about Nuclear Engineering and the transportation of the radioactive material that takes place annually at the Enviromental and Technology Investigation Centre (C.I.E.M.A.T.) since 2002
Professor at the formation courses carried out by the Nuclear Safety Council on several subjects about the judicial responsibility in the inspection acts and the public institutions responsibility.
He has attended different courses related to the Nuclear Safety in Europe and the role of the ruling institutions in the advanced societies in this field, given in the Summer Courses organized by the Complutense University of Madrid.
Bankruptcy Law:
Designated as Bankruptcy Lawyer in several procedures concerning the companies and individuals going bankrupt that are carried out in the Madrid´s Courts.
Advanced Course about Bankruptcy´s receiver taking place through out 2010.
Participation in Seminaries organized by the Chamber of Commerce in Bankruptcy Law.
Miscellany:
Collaborator at the tutorship and welcome of students coming from Carlos III University of Madrid as interim work since 2002.
Author of several conferences and articles published in different legal and judicial publications like "La Ley" o "El Derecho" among others.
He has attended courses related to International Trade Arbitration organized by different Universities and has taken part in the Worldwide Congress about Arbitration that was carried out in Panamá.
In the Civil Service field he has attended several courses about different areas of Law, (Contracts, Personnel, Agricultural Law, consumers´ interests, administrative sanction, courses related to the Procedural Law reform, etc. These courses have been organized by several Public Institutions and Universities like INAP, Ministry of the Civil Service, International University Menendez Pelayo, among others.
